How do check-ins work?
You submit a check-in each week on a set schedule and format — weight, photos, adherence notes and any other data your plan is tracking. Every complete check-in is reviewed and answered within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Response times apply to complete, on-time check-ins; a missed one doesn't extend your term or reduce fees.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
Online Coaching is month to month — no minimum term. It renews automatically each month at the then-current price until you cancel. Contest Prep will carry a three-month minimum when it opens.
How does billing work?
Fees are billed in advance at the start of each billing period through our payment processor. Charges appear on your statement as “Team Seaton.” You'll get at least 30 days' written notice before any price change, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
How do I cancel?
Email [email protected] at any time. Cancelling stops your next renewal — coaching continues through the end of the period you've already paid for. There are no partial-month refunds.
What's your refund policy?
Fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started, with one exception: if you cancel within 7 days of your first purchase and before your first program has been delivered, your first payment is refunded in full.
Can I pause if I'm injured or travelling?
Yes. You can pause coaching for up to 4 weeks per 12 months for injury, illness or travel, with 7 days' notice where possible. Billing and your term pause together, so you don't pay for time you're not coached. Longer pauses are considered case by case.
Do you offer in-person training?
No. Coaching is delivered online only — that's what keeps it available to clients anywhere and priced the way it is. We also don't attend shows in person.
Who actually coaches me?
Jared Seaton oversees every client program. Qualified assistant coaches may support parts of the service, but your programming stays under his direction.
Is there anything I need to sign?
Yes. You must be at least 18 and sign a Release and Waiver of Liability before coaching begins — it covers risk, injury and health matters. You'll also sign a client services agreement covering the package, price and terms.
Do I need a gym membership?
Not necessarily. Your training program is written around the equipment you actually have — a commercial gym, a garage setup, or dumbbells at home. Tell me what you've got on our call and the plan is built to match. Equipment and membership costs aren't included in coaching.
I've never lifted before. Is this for me?
Yes. Beginners often progress fastest because the fundamentals are still on the table. Your program is written for your experience level, and check-ins are where technique and confidence get built.
How long until I see results?
Most people notice changes in energy, strength and how clothes fit within three to four weeks, with visible body-composition change typically following later. Results depend on adherence, health, genetics and other factors outside our control — no specific outcome is guaranteed.
When does Contest Prep open?
Contest prep coaching is opening to a small number of athletes. Book an intro call or drop me an email and I'll add you to the waitlist — you'll hear first when places are released.
